Common Purchasing Questions

Please provide bore, outside diameter, width, mounting photos or drawings. For miniature and thin-section bearings, also confirm shielded width, chamfer space and preferred sealing structure.
S608 usually means the stainless steel version, while 608 often refers to bearing steel. The size system can be the same, but material, cost and working environment should be confirmed before ordering.
440C stainless steel provides certain anti-rust performance and is used where hardness, wear resistance and cleaner use are needed. The final choice depends on humidity, medium, cleanliness and maintenance.
ZZ is commonly used for metal shielding, RS for rubber sealing, and open bearings for lubrication access and lower resistance. The choice depends on dust, sealing, speed and maintenance requirements.
Archived materials include RoHS, REACH, CA65, SGS and some outgoing inspection or salt spray related files. The applicable product scope should be checked before sending them to customers.
Lead time and MOQ depend on model, specification, stock, quantity, packing and document requirements. Please provide target quantity and delivery time when requesting a quotation.
Yes. Please provide drawings, sample photos, key dimensions, application position and any existing model markings. Special suffixes or custom structures should be confirmed before quotation.
For samples, confirm size, rotation feel, sealing type, mounting space and document requirements. For bulk purchasing, also confirm packing, label information, delivery batches, inspection standards and long-term supply stability.
Yes. Please tell us whether you need individual packing, tube packing, bag packing, box packing, outer carton labels or bilingual labels. Barcode, model label and export packing requirements should be shared before quotation.
We can compare bore, outside diameter, width, sealing type, material and working conditions to check possible alternatives. Final replacement still depends on mounting space, load, speed, clearance and equipment tolerance.
Common requests include RoHS, REACH, CA65, SGS-related materials, outgoing inspection references, product photos, packing information and company information. Requirements vary by country, buyer and product scope.
For miniature bearings, open, ZZ and RS versions may have different widths under the same base model. MR63 and MR106 should be checked by suffix and shielded width before ordering to avoid mounting mismatch.
S608 and 608 belong to the same size system, and “S” usually means stainless steel. The S608 image is treated as a same-size 608 reference, so the actual photo and material match should be checked before inquiry or quotation.
